WECode 2026 will take place at Harvard University on February 21-22, 2026.

We are thrilled to be hosting the 12th edition of the WECode conference, designed for undergraduate women and non-binary people passionate about STEM. Hosting hands-on workshops, community-engaging activities, mentorship circles, and more, WECode is both a space to hear from ground-breaking professionals in the space of tech, as well as an opportunity to connect members of the tech community.

Tickets to WECode 2026 are available now, while supplies last!

General tickets to the in-person conference are currently $90, and virtual tickets are available for $50.

We also provide financial support to attend WECode through scholarships, open through January 14th, 2026 11:59 PM EST!

Sylvia Kwan

CEO and Chief Investment Officer, Ellevest

Sylvia Kwan is CEO and Chief Investment Officer at Ellevest, an investment advisory firm focused on helping women, their families, and the next generation build and manage wealth with intention. Ellevest helps women understand, own and deploy the power of their capital through holistic financial planning, financial education, tailored content, and customized impact investing portfolio solutions. Since its founding, Ellevest has fostered a 3M member strong community centered on financial resilience and independence, representation and collective progress. 

Francoise Brougher

Former Pinterest COO and Executive at Square and Google

Francoise Brougher is a senior executive and board director with decades of experience in technology, engineering, finance, operations, and sales. Throughout her career, Francoise has specialized in strategic and operational roles, helping scale organizations from dozens of employees to thousands and creating marketing, sales, and service models for new innovative technologies. She currently serves on the board of Sodexo, a French multinational food services and facilities management company operating in over 70 countries.

Laurie Leshin is an American scientist and academic administrator serving as the Bren Professor of Geochemistry and Planetary Science at California Institute of Technology (Caltech).[2] Leshin previously served as the 10th Director of the NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory and as Vice President of Caltech, the first woman to serve in those roles.[3] Leshin's research has focused on geochemistry and space science. Prior to her time at JPL and Caltech, Leshin served as the 16th president of Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
